Black Angus Prime Rib Eye (500gr)

The Cretan Black Angus family farm begins the year 1970, the farm facilities are located in north of Messara plain, just south of village of Galia, central Crete.

In this place they started to deal professionally with the breeding and fattening of Black Angus cows, while a few years later they expanded the facilities and created in the adjacent area farms for breeding porks and chicken, at the same time they opened their own butcher service to ensure the immediate selling of their products.

Through modern but highly natural breeding methods using natural biological disinfectants such as attapulgite, zeolite and active microorganisms (EM) and based mainly on Cretan earth foods such as cereals, oilseeds, zucchini and plenty of the same grass, aim at the production of meat of exceptional nutritional and gastronomic value grafted with the taste of the Cretan land.
